In the Regional Executive Committee, the Indian Research Scholars Association has formed Six Wings, which are the Northeast Zone Wing, Southern Zone, Northern Zone, Eastern Zone, Western Zone, and Central Zone. These wing members represent their respective states, universities, colleges, and Research Institutions. The zonal wings of the Indian Research Scholars Association are indispensable for fostering academic decentralization, intellectual collaboration, and region-specific scholarly engagement across India. These wings facilitate systematic coordination among researchers, foster interdisciplinary discourse, and strengthen grassroots-level institutional networking. By incorporating diverse socio-cultural, linguistic, and epistemological perspectives, zonal divisions enhance the inclusivity and representational efficacy of academic activities. Furthermore, they accelerate the dissemination of research innovations, organize regional seminars and symposia, and cultivate leadership among emerging scholars. Such structural bifurcation also ensures administrative efficiency, participatory governance, and equitable academic outreach, thereby consolidating the association’s national coherence and scholarly dynamism.
