Qualitative Tools and Techniques in Social Sciences Research Speaker: Dr. Preeti Sharma, Assistant Professor, Centre for International Politics, School of International Studies, Central University of Gujarat

On 4th November, a lecture was organized by “Indian Research Scholars Association” at 5 pm on the applied topic of “Qualitative Research in Social Sciences: Techniques and Tools”. The speaker of this topic, Dr. Preeti Sharma (Center for International Studies, Central University of Gujarat) was present. He gave a comprehensive lecture on this subject. At the beginning of his lecture, he clarified the main points of research, its quality and writing, after that, connecting each point with the research methodology, he explained their practical nature. He said that clarity of fundamental ideas is very important in selecting the title of research. Such original ideas are rarely seen in research papers. If the problems in social science subjects are identified, then sufficient facts can be referred to, due to which the originality of the research becomes clear. Therefore, it is necessary that research be done with adequate facts and arguments. He also said that new discussions should emerge in research, merely writing a few pages is not research. After selecting the problem, it is very important to review the related literature. Research work should be started only after studying the literature related to the subject. In the end, Dr. Preeti answered the questions of all the participants. This is an association in which research scholars related to social sciences, literature, language and arts from all over India are present. The objective of this association is to exchange constructive, creative development and progressive dialogue with all the universities and colleges of India and research institutes doing research on literature, arts, social sciences and humanities. This platform is a platform for all those research scholars of India. welcomes those who are active in research work. This lecture was organized by Vikas Kumar, Researcher, Department of Political Science and Human Rights, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak. He welcomed and felicitated our guests. The coordinator of this lecture was Asha Rajpurohit (Government Degree College, Ratlam) and the co-coordinator of the program was Rekha Yadav (Sitapur College). The secretary of the program was Ashwani Kumar IGNTU. Many researchers, students and listeners were present in this lecture.
