A lecture on the applied topic of ‘Developing India: Opportunities and Challenges’ was organized by the “Indian Research Scholars Association” at 5 pm. The main speaker on this topic, Prof. Ravindra Brahme (Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Head of the Department of Economics, Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh), a famous Indian economist, was present. He gave a comprehensive lecture on this subject. At the beginning of his lecture, he clarified the main points of the Indian economy, its quality, and opportunities. At the beginning of the lecture, he said that the Indian economy is based on many parameters. Therefore, clarity of fundamental ideas is very important in the selection of development. In the present context, while globalization is resulting in many challenges, many opportunities have also developed through it. Referring to India’s labor skills, he said that today its demand from India is increasing in Israel, Greece, Europe, and America. In the context of education and health, he also said that quality educational institutions are developing in India. On the other hand, the challenge is that low-quality institutions are also developing rapidly. For health, the government is implementing many types of schemes in the public interest by realizing the concept of a welfare state, but on the other hand, challenges are being seen in many contexts in this regard too. He also presented the statistics of online transactions before all the participants. He also said that today online is being used not only in urban areas of India but also in rural areas. Many possibilities have developed from this. Giving examples of the schemes and policies of the government in the field of agriculture, he presented his views in the context of challenges and opportunities. End Prof. R. Of. Brambhe answered the questions of all the participants.
