About the IRSA

Vikash Kumar
The Indian Research Scholars Association (IRSA) has been committed to promoting research betterment, encouraging collaborative research, innovation, and supporting the professional growth of the young researchers across diverse disciplines. Mr. Vikash Kumar is the research scholar who has founded this association. Many research scholars have been connected with the association, driven by their desire to serve the nation while pursuing their own research endeavors. There is an executive committee that includes research scholars from various universities for arranging and making every event fruitful. It is the virtual platform to share and gain knowledge in the fields of social sciences, humanities, commerce, and management. Many professors from various universities have been encouraging and appreciating this initiative. The association is very thankful to all of them for their support and motivation.
Our Mission:
The motto of the Indian Research Scholars Association is “उद्यमेन हि सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न मनोरथैः” This means that work becomes successful only through efforts, not through desires. Similarly, the association has been established to enhance the writing skills and analyzing ability, to develop critical thinking, and to execute the research work. Our primary goal is to bring together young researchers and academicians on this virtual platform to empower them by providing necessary guidance and platforms to excel in their academic pursuits. The association aims to connect research scholars on one platform to exchange creative, constructive, promotional, and progressive dialogue with research scholars in all the universities, colleges, and research institutes of India. We believe in sharing knowledge and experiences that help researchers develop their critical thinking, analyzing abilities, and writing skills. We work to improve research quality, offer helpful resources and support, and stand up for the needs and rights of research scholars. Our goal is to promote ethical and meaningful research that benefits both society and academics. By building a strong network of research scholars, we aim to encourage innovation, support knowledge-sharing across fields, and showcase Indian research on the global stage.
